The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, email, travel, and meetings with accuracy while proactively anticipating needs and coordinating internal/external communications. Responsibilities also include tracking follow-ups, preparing materials, researching podcast opportunities, and handling financial coordination like tax documents and bill payments.

This role owns and evolves the entire customer lifecycle across DTC and Amazon, focusing on improving retention, reducing churn, increasing repeat purchase rates, and maximizing lifetime value. Responsibilities include owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of the subscription ecosystem, lifecycle automations, and retention programs.
