Job Requirements
- Proven experience navigating the "nitty-gritty" of invoicing and collections.
- A "fixer" mentality—you enjoy getting your hands dirty to solve a process gap rather than just reporting on it.
- Ability to pivot between long-term strategic planning and immediate, tactical troubleshooting.
- 5-7 years of experience in a program, project or operations manager role.
- Salesforce, Stripe, Netsuite, Vertex and Collections Tooling software experience.
