Job Description
Job Requirements
- You have 2+ years of experience delivering customer training/facilitation, ideally experience working in Customer Success, Education/Enablement, Sales, and/or Professional Services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
- You thrive in a fast pace training environment and embrace frequent change of context
- You take a consultative approach to training and ensure agreed-upon learning outcomes are met
- Fluency with the operational components of successful training engagements including but not limited to training needs analysis, creation of training plans, use of facilitator guides, active learning approaches, various questioning and learner participation techniques, and post training measurement
- Ability to maintain enthusiasm and energy over multiple engagements throughout the day. You are comfortable owning project engagements and timelines and seek to identify and escalate risk to appropriate partners.
- You have demonstrated ability to break down complex processes into easy-to-understand concepts
- Familiarity with common sales tools (SFDC, DiscoverOrg, RingCentral) as well as with experience with Sales Engagement and Sales Engagement Platforms is ideal
- You are comfortable with virtual training platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar) and ideally bring experience using project processes and tools (Smartsheet, FinancialForce)
- You are fluent in facilitation and adult learning best practices, and are enthusiastic about bringing those practices to life in the virtual classroom
- Fluency with sales roles, nomenclature, challenges and technology
- Flexibility - demonstrated ability to pivot to meet the needs of learners and ensure learning outcomes are met
- You actively hone your skills by participating in industry groups, reading relevant publications, and maintaining connections with professional trainers and training organizations (i.e. ATD)
- You lead with humility and regularly embrace feedback from your learners, peers and leadership
