HCM Customer Support Team Members assist customers with the utilization and optimization of the iSolved software by fielding inquiries via phone, video, and web-form. They provide appropriate responses, ensure customer understanding of the application, and conduct all contact with high professionalism and technical proficiency.

The consultant will lead end-to-end Procore implementations across various modules, designing and delivering client-specific solutions using deep technical expertise. They will also act as the primary Procore SME during sales pursuits and collaborate with teams to ensure successful project execution.

The Manager will review financial reporting packages, analyze key performance indicators to support client insights, and assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models. They will also provide technical accounting support, identify operational inefficiencies, and lead/coach staff accountants.
