We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Engineer to join our NetSuite product and custom software development practice. The successful candidate will be one of the leaders on the NetSuite development team, providing technical expertise and guidance while working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions. This is a client-facing consulting role that requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills. Lead and mentor members of the NetSuite development team, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, and implement customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the NetSuite platform. Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Strong relationship building and excellent spoken and written communication skills. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality standards. Develop and execute test plans and test cases; design test automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to engineers across all levels. Act as a client advisor by leading discovery sessions, showcasing NetSuite features, and offering guidance on best practices. Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices to provide clients with the most effective solutions. Train, mentor and/or serve as performance coach to Engineer I’s and Engineer II’s. Delegates and leverages work to ensure staff development.
