This role is responsible for the overall technical design, architectural governance, and long-term sustainability of systems supporting Human Resources, Payroll, and Workforce Management, serving as the architectural authority for SAP SuccessFactors and related SAP platforms. Key duties include reviewing and signing off on all design documentation, evaluating system changes for impact, establishing architectural standards, and planning for new SAP technologies.

This leadership role involves developing and executing innovative marketing communications strategies and tactics to support the Company brand across over 160 dispensaries in Florida, managing the process end-to-end from strategy through analysis.
