Job Description

This role involves driving innovation and transformation in an organization with an explosive growth plan. The Enterprise Applications FICO Architect will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization as a partner for their strategic initiatives. This role is truly cross-functional and will be a key player in enterprise-wide projects that will have an impact on the company for many years to come. Responsible for requirements gathering, business process design, development of use cases, testing, and post-production support for various projects. Serve as a subject matter expert to guide technology strategy for SAP Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report solutions. Assist with the development and execution of the architectural strategy for design and implementation. Create and document High-Level Solution Designs. Work with Solution Delivery leads to identify software options, impacts, and recommendations. Collaborate with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements. Act as a technical resource for business teams to help define, estimate, and recommend optimized solutions. Prepare visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows. Define and advocate software architecture standards and best practices. Review technical designs. Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences.
  • 8+ years of experience with the SAP portfolio (e.g., SAP-ECC, HANA, S4/Hana, Fiori, NetWeaver), Concur, and SAP BI.
  • Experience integrating business solutions using PI and other integration tools.
  • Experience articulating the relationship between business needs and recommended system architecture to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of ASAP methodology as well as Agile Scrum.
  • Understanding of information technology security and privacy information.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
  • Possess basic project management skills to collaborate with project management on path forward planning.
  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background check.
