The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of law firm partners by deeply understanding their operations and analyzing key performance metrics to diagnose trends and address performance issues proactively. This involves holding partners accountable to clear standards while collaborating across internal teams to solve problems and identify systemic improvements.

The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing the full portfolio of in-flight referral partners, tracking their performance and addressing issues proactively. This role also involves working closely with law firm operations to ensure smooth case flow, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing cross-functional process improvements.

Lead organic social strategy and creative execution (primarily Instagram). Generate and iterate content, manage influencer/UGC partnerships, optimize performance via analytics, oversee CMS (Sanity/GROQ) and Next.js implementations, improve web performance/SEO, implement tracking (GTM/DataLayer), build conversion-focused pages, and maintain design system and code quality while collaborating across marketing, creative, and engineering.
