This position is responsible for tracking, retrieving, and delivering accurate medical record sets to high-volume institutional requestors while ensuring all releases of information comply with regulations and company policy. Essential functions include processing release of information requests, retrieving and scanning medical charts, and performing quality checks for various audit campaigns like HEDIS and CMS Audits.
