Role Description

This role involves managing mid-funnel marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and support sales activation.

  • Run TOFU and mid-funnel nurture programs end-to-end
  • Build, manage, and iterate on HubSpot email sequences and workflows for tier 2/3 leads, reactivation campaigns, and signal-based follow-up
  • Package ABM and inbound signals into ready-to-run outbound plays for SDRs and AEs
  • Monitor MQL-to-pipeline conversion and own the programs that accelerate lead progression
  • Execute general demand gen programs alongside the Senior Campaign Manager
  • Build, QA, and maintain HubSpot workflows, landing pages, and email sequences with documentation
  • Track and report on pipeline marketing performance across nurture, PG programs, and sales-activated campaigns
  • Build playbooks and templates that standardize how Sales activates on marketing signals

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, B2B SaaS preferred
  • Strong hands-on HubSpot experience — you've built workflows, sequences, and landing pages from scratch, not just sent emails
  • Comfortable working directly with Sales — you understand how SDRs and AEs operate and what they actually need to act on a lead
  • Executes fast, documents well, and iterates without being asked
  • Detail-oriented but not precious — you move quickly and clean it up as you go
  • Organized and collaborative — you keep stakeholders informed without being managed

Requirements

  • Sales development experience
  • Experience with ZoomInfo, Vector, Munitiy, and Clay or signal-based outreach
  • Familiarity with ABM motions and how to support sales activation alongside a demand gen team
  • Copywriting skills for nurture and reactivation emails
  • Comfort working with RevOps on data and workflow operationalization

Benefits

  • Ground floor opportunity in a high-growth startup
  • Learning Budget for relevant learning and up-skilling opportunities
  • Remote work flexibility with a work-from-home stipend
  • Generous time off and flexible hours
  • 100% paid health, dental, and vision plans for employees; 75% for dependents
  • $1,000 Home Office Stipend for remote office equipment and WiFi reimbursement
  • Optional Team Retreats for co-working and social gatherings
  • 8-16 weeks of fully-paid, flexible parental leave
