Job Description

• Act as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor for all stakeholders, shaping secure, scalable solutions that address enterprise challenges in governance, compliance, and developer productivity. • Establish and maintain extensive strategic partnerships with technologists at major global and enterprise-level organizations to successfully drive Veeva Vault platform success. • Guide customers through technical evaluations and architectural decisions, aligning Vault Platform capabilities with their business and technology objectives. • Deliver impactful technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to showcase the transformative potential of the Veeva Vault Platform. • Stay at the forefront of Vault Platform innovations, including Veeva AI, bringing technical insight and thought leadership to customer engagements. • Support the team in preparing and delivering winning presentations and demonstrations. Analyze and understand customer business and technical requirements. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and provide feedback from the customer engagements that shapes our product direction.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in solution engineering or consulting, technical consulting, post-sales or enterprise technical architecture, preferably on the Veeva Vault platform.
Proven aptitude across the domains of software, Artificial Intelligence (AI), infrastructure, and Software as a Service(SaaS)
Knowledge of Integration Patterns: (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
Understanding of DevOps/ALM and CI/CD processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience creating architectural diagrams, technical specification documents, and data flow maps.
A strategic thinker with a customer & team-first mindset and a passion for innovation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Driven self-starter; able to work independently.
Willingness to travel 20-30%.
