Job Requirements
- 3+ years working in labor benefits consulting or Consultant Relations with a focus on labor
- Deep experience from a consulting or brokerage firm, e.g., Segal
- Strong existing relationships across the consultant ecosystem
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re a confident speaker, sharp writer, and authentic connector.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset—you know how to navigate ambiguity, prioritize your time, and hustle with heart.
- Willingness to travel (~50%) to connect in person and keep relationships real.
