Job Description
• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and fix operational bottleneck.
Job Requirements
- Have 5+ years in legal operations, case management, or claims handling
- Are process-driven and detail-oriented
- Communicate effectively with both clients and attorneys
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
