- 7+ years of professional work experience
- 4+ years experience in a project management or operations role
- Familiarity in finance processes and systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive project implementations
- Experience working on projects supporting Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems
- Demonstrated understanding of established project management practices and tools
- A detail-oriented, high-energy, positive disposition
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of sound judgment calls
- A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
