• Spearhead sales efforts across an assigned territory • Build brand and ensure exceptional customer experience before, during, and after sale • Represent Stella Saddlery at horse shows, equestrian events, and across social media • Conduct expert saddle fittings for riders, trainers, industry professionals and their networks • Manage inventory of demo saddles and accessories diligently • Be a driving force for ideas and improvements to enhance brand's impact and growth

Job Requirements

  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with a comprehensive practical understanding of - and passion for - horses in western disciplines
  • Demonstrable experience within the equestrian world is a significant advantage
  • Proven sales and marketing aptitude
  • Valid driver's license and passport
