• Provide leadership to the organization’s operational units including Business Excellence, vendor oversight, accreditation, mailroom, regulatory and policy oversight, and logistical coordination • Ensure the development of standards, systems, policies and procedures that align with established regulatory requirements • Develops and implements operational goals and objectives, providing leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of applicable programs/services • Manages quality assurance, targeted plans, goals, and activities in operational units • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with business entities, centralized/corporate departments
