Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management (or a closely related role)
- Comfortable owning execution in ambiguous, high-context environments
- Strong at writing PRDs and translating real customer workflows into specific, testable product requirements
- Experience working with AI/ML and data science teams
- Confident defining analytics requirements, including dashboards, metrics, and insight traceability
- Comfortable working with data to inform product decisions
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Care deeply about building explainable and reliable product experiences
