Job Description

• Own and manage a book of business focused on mass tort firms, consistently driving adoption, renewals, and revenue growth. • Prospect, qualify, and run discovery calls and product demos with new clients, identifying needs and proposing tailored solutions. • Conduct sales research to uncover business objectives and support senior AEs in developing strategic solutions for client challenges. • Manage a high-velocity sales cycle from first outreach through close, structuring and negotiating smaller deals while supporting larger opportunities. • Assist in developing account plans and tracking client activity to identify growth opportunities within existing relationships. • Partner with other AEs and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Client Success, and Marketing to share client feedback and improve sales processes. • Attend industry events and travel as needed (up to 20%) to build and maintain strong relationships. • Effectively manage time, prioritize objectives, and exceed goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • Own day-to-day HubSpot management: deal creation, pipeline updates, workflows, and data hygiene. • Support mid- and senior-level AEs in their efforts to build and maintain reports and dashboards to track sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics. • Support documentation of sales processes, templates, and enablement materials.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology sales and account management environment, focused on mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices; HubSpot experience a major plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and balancing competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, curious, and collaborative attitude.
