Job Description

• Design and update website pages and elements inside HubSpot • Create and optimize branded email campaigns using MailChimp • Improve layout, visuals, and overall quality of marketing materials • Develop graphics and creative assets using Canva or similar tools • Support social media content creation and scheduling (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Assist with light marketing admin and coordination tasks • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements • Collaborate directly with leadership to strengthen brand presence • Leverage AI tools to enhance creative and content workflows

Job Requirements

Proven experience designing marketing emails and building website pages (portfolio required)
Experience with HubSpot (or strong willingness to learn)
Hands-on experience with MailChimp
Strong design eye — layout, typography, and brand consistency
Comfortable balancing creative work with structured execution tasks
Experience in B2B marketing A MUST
