- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and deliver end-to-end features across the stack - Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for new features and systems - Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance, and provide feedback to peers during code reviews - Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with expert end-to-end understanding - Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables - Collaborate effectively with distributed team members across multiple time zones, including offshore development teams - Build relationships and foster team cohesion across geographical and cultural boundaries. - All other tasks as required.
