Job Description
Job Requirements
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of strategic programs related to business partners.
- Ensure programs are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Develop strong, sustainable relationships with business partners to facilitate ongoing collaboration.
- Establish monitoring, tracking, and performance evaluation mechanisms for programs.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
- Produce executive reports and presentations for senior management with progress updates, key metrics, and results.
- Promote continuous improvement in program management and innovation in relationships with external partners.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management department.
- Support the creation and development of quality procedures and oversee their compliance.
- Perform other duties relevant to the role or as assigned by your direct supervisor.
