Job Description

• Define and execute the wholesale strategy while driving operational excellence • Lead the implementation of wholesale initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of wholesale programs • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess program impact and identify improvement opportunities • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on strategy execution and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in senior leadership roles within wholesale, distribution, or healthcare operations
Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional project and program management skills
Expertise in operational execution, governance, and change management
Advanced financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis
Ability to travel up to 50%
