• Partner with hiring managers to draft, update, and refine job descriptions aligned with business needs. • Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels to build strong hiring pipelines. • Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future roles. • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds with internal teams. • Conduct reference checks and support basic background verification as part of the hiring process. • Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the hiring process to deliver a positive candidate experience. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and hiring tracker, including interview feedback and next steps. • Provide coordination and administrative support for People Operations and team initiatives, as needed.
