• Translate organizational priorities into structured initiatives and execution plans. • Drive cross-functional alignment across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success via programs, metrics and scale • Act as a force multiplier by independently advancing high-priority initiatives. • Design and implement delivery operating rhythms (forecasting, capacity planning, utilization tracking). • Improve margin performance through data-informed staffing and planning. • Define and operationalize processes across onboarding, staffing models, delivery methodology, and tooling. • Own strategic initiatives (e.g., delivery framework redesign, ES packaging, staffing model evolution). • Form and lead working groups with clear charters and timelines. • Identify structural inefficiencies and propose solutions grounded in business impact. • Create scalable internal documentation and playbooks. • Standardize processes without over-bureaucratizing. • Develop training and rollout materials for new systems or workflows. • Own programs that strengthen the delivery system (onboarding, staffing models, tooling, methodology). • Drive long-range improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency. • Establish repeatable operating rhythms that enable managers to succeed.
