Job Requirements
- 4+ years of social media experience in agency or brand settings, including 2+ years in a management or program coordination role
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication, with an ability to tailor messaging to Latino creators and audiences depending on client goals.
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Proven track record of managing teams and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization preferred
