Role Description

As a Part-Time Project Manager at UTTR, you will play a crucial role within our internal marketing team. You’ll oversee and execute marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Manage and oversee internal marketing projects using ClickUp
  • Assign tasks and provide detailed briefs for new projects and initiatives
  • Ensure deadlines are met and workflows run efficiently
  • Maintain organized project documentation and track progress consistently
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align on goals and deliverables
  • Identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies
  • Review team output to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirements
  • Provide feedback on copywriting and creative assets, offering insights into marketing effectiveness
  • Occasionally write or edit copy to ensure clarity and brand alignment
  • Obtain final stakeholder approval before deliverables are released
  • Post approved content on social platforms in line with brand guidelines
  • Continuously improve internal project management processes

Qualifications

  • Recent marketing (or related field) graduate, or early-career professional with relevant experience
  • Proven project management experience, ideally within a marketing or digital agency environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices is a plus

Requirements

  • This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week)
  • Must work within EST, CST, MST, or PST business hours for collaboration and meetings
