About the role
We are hiring an Implementation Success Manager (ISM) to drive the success, renewal, and expansion of inquirED’s district partnerships.
This role is for someone who understands how systems-level change happens in districts and knows how to turn strong products into sustained impact. You will lead implementation and professional learning, and collaborate with Sales on ongoing partnership strategy—ensuring districts see clear value and continue to deepen their partnership with inquirED over time.
You will be the person districts trust when they ask: “Is this working—and how do we make it work even better?”
Your work will directly influence district outcomes, renewals, expansion, and long-term revenue.
What You’ll Do
Own a Portfolio of District Partners
- Serve as the primary lead for implementation and relationship health and collaborate closely with sales to drive renewal and expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic implementation plans aligned to district goals and capacity.
- Monitor partnership health using data and qualitative insight to drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Serve as a thought partner to district leaders—adapting strategy, removing barriers, and leveraging successes.
Professional Learning
- Design, select, and facilitate high-quality professional learning for adult learners.
- Ensure professional development is practical, context-aware, and connected to classroom practice.
- Support districts in building internal capacity to sustain and scale implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales on renewals, expansions, and new business transitions.
- Support Sales conversations, pilots, and handoffs with implementation expertise.
- Bring field insights back to internal teams to inform product, strategy, and improvement.
- Work virtually and in person and should expect periodic travel.

- 2+ years driving systems-level change at the district level
- Experience designing and facilitating professional development for adults
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Customer success or partner management experience

The base compensation range for this role is $87,133-106,495. Total compensation for this role also includes a full benefits package. This compensation range and title may be adjusted based on actual experience.
