Join Job Duck as a Receptionist – Legal Operations and become the welcoming voice and face of a dynamic legal team. In this role, you’ll manage the front desk experience, ensuring every client interaction is professional, warm, and efficient.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain organized documentation
- Oversee the office calendar to keep operations running smoothly

Salary Range
From $1,015 USD to $1,100 USD
Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls for the firm and provide accurate information
- Serve as the first point of contact, filtering unnecessary communications
- Organize and maintain documents for easy access
- Make outbound calls as needed (15–20 per day)
- Coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth communication flow
- Utilize SmartAdvocate for case management and RingCentral for call handling
- Review client files to address questions without escalating unnecessarily
- Communicate effectively with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Manage and oversee the office calendar, scheduling calls, meetings, and events
Requirements
- Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
- Software: SmartAdvocate, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Outlook
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as receptionist, customer service, or sales
- Legal background is highly appreciated
- Advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
- Customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable speaking up and suggesting improvements
- Tech-savvy
