Job Description
• Drive marketing strategy and execution for the sterilization assurance portfolio.
• Responsible for driving portfolio growth, market adoption, and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
• Create sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content.
• Serve as the marketing lead in cross-functional portfolio teams.
• Accelerate market development in specific regions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree AND (7) years of experience in portfolio or product marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare technology
- Experience launching medical device products in a global environment
- MBA degree preferred.
- Proven success in product marketing and lifecycle management including P&L
- Familiarity with the Sterilization market and the Department of Surgery (OR)
- Experience with driving sales enabling activities with global teams
- Ability to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Consistent results delivered on AOP targets for both sales and profitability.
- 5 years of experience managing Class II durable medical devices.
- Experience launching consumables and equipment in international healthcare markets.
