Job Description

• Serve as the direct supervisor to On-Site Managers (OSMs) of Relogistics locations within an assigned region • Oversee multiple company locations and manage ultimate P&L responsibility for those sites within the region • Analyze performance and efficiencies of the operation of sites within region, create and implement action plans, and partner with Managers to drive improvement of site, as needed • Give guidance and direction to Managers within assigned region and act as their mentor

Job Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5 years of experience in a Management role of multiple locations required in the manufacturing, logistics, or distribution industries
P&L responsibility experience required
Demonstrated experience to build reports using Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Spanish fluency desired, but not required
Must possess a valid driver’s license to allow travel to various company locations
Requires willingness and ability to travel up to 100%
