• Maintain CT’s existing robust data management system, perform data audits, and build out/incorporate new integrations for the organization. • Develop and implement data collection strategies to ensure comprehensive and accurate data gathering from various sources. • Collaborate proactively with other team members, suggest innovative metrics and construct data pipelines to facilitate advanced analytics as needed. • Lead and manage the migration of data to/from various systems to ensure data synchronization across multiple platforms. • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance data security and ensure adherence to privacy policies and regulations. • Work alongside CT’s finance department to ensure that sales tax is properly collected and oversee transaction files for sales tax remittance. • Track patterns in the customer service ticket systems and provide marketing automation support related to data integration. • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
