In this consulting role, the individual will interface directly with clients to resolve practical business challenges through Zoho system implementation and support, managing client engagements including training, implementation, and custom development. Primary duties also involve managing client expectations, communications, and ensuring success via training and walkthroughs across various Zoho One applications.
The Bookkeeper will manage bookkeeping and financial record keeping for multiple clients across various industries, including categorizing transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling accounts. Key duties also involve preparing and reviewing financial reports, assisting with month-end close activities like accruals and adjustments, and proactively resolving discrepancies.
