This role involves developing and facilitating professional development on Special Education topics, coordinating with the enrollment team for new students, and reviewing all Special Education documents for compliance and quality. The coordinator will also act as the district representative at IEP meetings, monitor Intervention Specialist compliance, and observe specialists to provide feedback.

The Virtual Special Education Teacher will assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), writing them timely, and participating in the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Responsibilities also include working 1:1, in small groups, or in whole class sessions, administering assessments, and collaborating with various staff and parents.
