Key areas include designing measurable onboarding, implementing customer segmentation models, and building an objective, predictive customer health scoring system.

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for institutionalizing existing growth patterns into repeatable systems, defining and defending the company's category narrative, and driving full-funnel marketing efforts to generate revenue in partnership with Sales. This role also involves professionalizing product marketing, elevating partner marketing, and establishing durable organizational structures for the marketing function.
