This includes identifying risks, reviewing study scope and budget, escalating issues to the project manager, and ensuring quality of monitoring documentation.

The role involves performing site qualification, initiation, monitoring, management, and close-out visits ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like ICH-GCP and protocol adherence. Responsibilities also include evaluating site performance, managing serious issues, verifying informed consent, assessing patient safety, and ensuring data integrity through source document review and query resolution.
