The role involves owning the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery through to closing and expanding enterprise accounts, primarily targeting large Consumer Goods, CPG, and Consumer Electronics brands. This includes driving multi-threaded sales processes by engaging VP- and Director-level decision-makers overseeing marketplace channels.

The Account Executive will shadow senior representatives, prospect and convert leads into qualified opportunities, and prepare and deliver proposals to key decision-makers. Responsibilities also include managing client communications, supporting strategic growth, and identifying upsell opportunities.

This role owns the entire growth engine, responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel strategy to 10x the user base across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for both sides of the marketplace. The individual will work hands-on with product and engineering to ship experiments, build growth features, and optimize the user journey.

The Growth Marketer will own the user acquisition strategy and execution, focusing on testing and scaling new paid and organic channels to dramatically grow the user base for the WeSponsored app. This hands-on role involves setting up campaigns, writing ad copy, analyzing performance data, and ensuring acquired users convert and remain active.
