The Senior Intake Coordinator primarily receives and answers professional phone calls to process Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Health (HH) referrals, ensuring accurate creation and timely communication with internal teams. Responsibilities also include maintaining essential contact information, processing billing, managing document files, and assisting with proprietary software implementation.

The Clinical Coordinator coordinates and manages medical services for injured workers by partnering with patients, employers, providers, and adjusters to support treatment plans and timely return-to-work outcomes. Responsibilities include applying evidence-based guidelines, documenting case files, collaborating on case resolution, and participating in quality assurance efforts.

This role is responsible for coordinating home health and IV therapy referrals, acting as a liaison between providers and injured workers, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all referrals. Duties include staffing referrals, obtaining necessary documentation, addressing inquiries professionally, and negotiating rates with local vendors.

The User Acceptance Tester is responsible for planning, documenting, executing, and coordinating UAT activities for business-critical systems, ensuring solutions meet business requirements through comprehensive test coverage and disciplined defect management. This involves analyzing requirements, creating detailed test cases, managing test plans and schedules, and actively participating in the entire testing lifecycle from planning through post-release validation.

The DevOps Engineer II will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines across Azure and AWS environments, focusing on execution and improving deployment reliability and security. This includes building multi-stage pipelines, implementing DevSecOps practices, integrating monitoring, and identifying automation opportunities.

This role is accountable for the accurate and timely review, processing, and payment of medical bills, including pre-coding accuracy and adjudication across all provider types and lines of business.
