This role is accountable for complete client satisfaction, staffing levels, and ensuring management staff effectively leads their teams.

The Title Operations Coordinator is responsible for working directly with the Team Leader to assign and follow up on title orders, manage vendor costs, turn times, and quality, while monitoring internal SLAs to prevent delays. Key duties include processing incoming documents, monitoring group emails, reviewing vendor performance, updating contacts on order status, and generating required reports.
