The collections representative will manage patient correspondence regarding insurance billing, resolve issues, and initiate necessary account adjustments to decrease accounts receivable and maximize clinic revenue. Responsibilities also include answering billing questions, making financial arrangements, verifying insurance information, and working assigned collection cycle accounts.
