The Manager will directly supervise staff, prioritize workloads, maintain quality control, and drive consistent operational execution while resolving bottlenecks.

This role also involves full ownership of the operational budget, including forecasting, managing spend, and ensuring the organization meets financial targets while maintaining delivery quality.
