Additionally, the specialist must own projects from intake to final delivery, managing timelines, clarifying scope, and ensuring client-ready quality with minimal oversight.

The Construction Practice Leader is responsible for delivering advisory and project-management services, building and leading client teams, implementing operational processes, and driving the growth of Level’s Construction Practice. This involves leading engagements, overseeing preconstruction and project planning, and actively leading business development efforts to expand market presence.

This hands-on role involves leading and executing marketing strategy for the agency and its clients, requiring the individual to architect brand strategy, structure CRM systems, and lead digital presence efforts. The director must personally execute creative and messaging initiatives when necessary, balancing strategic leadership with strong creative capability.
