This role focuses on building and evolving a design system by serving as the decision-maker at the intersection of design and front-end engineering, using strong hands-on experience in both product design and React. Key tasks include leading the development of core components, establishing token architecture mapped between Figma and code, and driving adoption to measurably improve layout consistency across product surfaces.

The Lead Analytics Engineer will build the canonical data foundation to serve as a single source of truth, aiming to enable confident data exploration across all business teams without dependency on the Data team for routine interpretation. Key tasks include executing a modernization roadmap for the modeling layer, refactoring high-risk models, clarifying attribution logic, and driving company-wide adoption of canonical metrics.
