The engineer will design and standardize secure, scalable SCADA network architectures for utility-scale facilities operating within ERCOT, defining industrial networking strategies and establishing configuration control standards. This role also involves strengthening cybersecurity controls aligned with NERC CIP and leading complex telemetry and control system integration efforts from design through commissioning.

The role involves designing and owning the SCADA architecture, establishing standards for data mapping, alarm management, and HMI development for utility-scale clean energy assets. This engineer will also lead plant controls integration, developing and troubleshooting control logic related to dispatch, optimization, and frequency response.

The role involves developing and executing environmental and permitting strategies for large-scale energy projects from development through operations, focusing on securing necessary federal, state, and local approvals. This includes leading environmental due diligence for M&A activities and managing cross-functional coordination to ensure project execution aligns with timelines and risk management goals.
