The Customer Success Manager will build front-line relationships with dealership clients, proactively communicating ROI, identifying risks, and minimizing churn. They will analyze customer performance data to optimize success and influence lifetime value through high product adoption and satisfaction.

The analyst will partner closely with retail customers and Customer Success Managers to ensure paid advertising campaigns are optimized, pacing correctly, and executing custom strategies, including ad copy and budget updates. This role involves proactively providing insights, resolving issues, training others on the dashboard, and collaborating with Product on client feedback.
