The specialist will conduct follow-up inquiries via various channels on accounts that have been denied, working to resubmit them for payment after resolving issues with insurance carriers and other stakeholders. This includes analyzing denial reports to identify root causes and suggesting process improvements to resolve ongoing denial issues.
