The specialist will review and negotiate various third-party agreements, such as non-disclosure and consulting contracts, while collaborating closely with global cross-functional teams throughout the contract lifecycle. Responsibilities also include maintaining the contracts database, resolving business issues related to contract reviews, and monitoring compliance with agreed-upon contractual terms.
The Facilities Engineer provides engineering support for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial warehouse and office facilities, while also supporting complex capital projects and establishing enterprise-wide facilities standards. This role involves developing conceptual layouts using AutoCAD, managing CapEx budgets, and ensuring consistency and compliance across the network.
