The Product Designer will own the end-to-end design function for the Cylinder platform, encompassing user research, wireframing, and final implementation, while collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams. Key duties include developing design documentation, performing usability testing, and maintaining the product design system to ensure brand consistency.

The Senior Manager of Accounting will own and execute the monthly close process, including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries and account reconciliations for all material balance sheet accounts. This role also involves recording and reconciling revenue, overseeing cash activity, and preparing monthly financial statements with ad hoc analysis for leadership.

The Senior Data Engineer will architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines for complex healthcare data ingestion, transformation, and reporting, while leading technical decision-making for data infrastructure and tooling selection. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior engineers, establishing engineering best practices, and driving cross-functional collaboration with Data Science, BI, and Product teams.

This role involves leading the daily coordination, tracking, and execution for key health plan and channel partner relationships, while also managing the sales process to support top-of-funnel growth opportunities within partner frameworks. Key duties include driving new revenue by identifying employer deals, supporting expansion within existing partnerships, and contributing to partner-facing resource creation.
