The Clinical Implementation Lead will serve as the primary clinical operations partner for health system clients deploying Card Optimizer, guiding perioperative teams from workflow design and training through frontline adoption and sustained outcomes. Key duties include assessing current preference card workflows, defining future states, developing role-specific training, driving adoption of new tools, and engaging clinical stakeholders at all levels.

The engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end features across the platform, working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver user-facing features quickly. Key tasks include writing high-quality, well-tested code and collaborating with product managers and customers to align development with real-world needs.
