The Client and Operations Support Specialist will support the mail program by ensuring seamless client communication, compiling critical information, and assisting with operational tasks to advance Company’s mission. This role involves crafting clear messages, developing client-facing materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with the Mail Program Director.

This role involves owning the company's financial operations, including FP&A, budgeting, accounting, and compliance, while also supporting the CFO in M&A diligence, acquisition closing, and business integration to drive EBITDA growth. The individual will run week-to-week financial operations and manage budgeting/forecasting processes to align with strategic objectives.

The specialist will manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commission payments, Sales Tax compliance, and State Reporting processes, taking pride in thoughtful execution and scalable system implementation. They will also partner with the fractional bookkeeping team to ensure accurate P&L and efficient monthly closing.

This role involves leading one or more research verticals focused on extracting, normalizing, and ingesting civic data to build a comprehensive database of U.S. government officeholders and candidates. Key duties include driving research projects, designing QA processes, implementing workflow improvements, and managing data quality.
