The Client Case Manager focuses on streamlining processes, improving communication, and ensuring client satisfaction and clinical quality outcomes by addressing client family needs and barriers throughout their care episode. This role involves serving as a liaison between client families, providers, and internal departments to assess and coordinate appropriate behavioral health treatment and support care coordination.
